Prior to her career in the mortgage industry, Cris proudly served our Country as a United States Marine. Her military experience has provided a strong foundation of discipline and attention to detail needed to be successful at achieving goals. Her goal is to offer the most important ingredient in any transaction - a relationship built on trust. In addition, Cris works diligently to assist her fellow military and veteran family members. As a former U.S. Marine and wife of an Army Officer (retired), Cris understands the special needs and timelines military families face during a PCS move. And as a Veteran, she knows firsthand the benefits available for those, with or without disabilities, who have proudly served their country. It is her mission to assist military personnel, veterans and their families achieve the goal of home ownership with a smooth and stress free transition. Cris was voted Affiliate of the Year in 2007 by the Valley Board of Realtors for her dedication to her community and to the mortgage industry. She worked diligently in the passage of the Mortgage Lending Bill, which provides consumer protection as well as requiring licensing and education within the mortgage industry. Cris served as President of the Alaska Association of Mortgage Brokers in 2007-2008 and was a member of the Legislative committee from 2005 to 2008.
